I can't give a zero, or I would. Service was terrible. I ordered a phone over my Verizon app. They suggested express service, so I did that. Anyway, I'm not going to go into detail about how bad the service was or the endless people coming in and out of the break room and not waiting on people. It took over 2 hours.
What a joke. I’m taking my business elsewhere. They tell me they will do one thing to help me and they do the opposite.
They always take to long to wait on customers & 1 small bench to sit. So, I sit on the floor! :-(
Brennan was extremely helpful. He made our warranty process very simple.
