Sales staff not very informed/knowledgeable of products and services. Wait time even with an appointment is fairly long. Only have a few seats. Can only handle about 5-6 customers at a time.
Told me to call asurion instead of helping me themselves. Embracing to sell a service that you don't provide. Not helpful. Also, could not believe the amount of empty and pathetic corporate replies to this Google review page. The amount of upset people in this store is insane. You wouldn't catch me dead working hear. I could not deal with the incompetence of my coworkers or the corporation.
Only interested in helping you if you want to buy something. If you need help with servicing a phone editing a bill or replacing it they pretty much tell you to kick rocks.
Great customers service!
Had to put my name in a queue & they take you in the order you come in. An hour later, I was still waiting, even though my name had been called. Waited another 20 minutes before a Rep was able to assist me. All I needed to do was replace my son’s Gizmo. Could've done that in less than 10 minutes. Fortunately, I was able to eat lunch at the nearby CFA while I waited in “line.”
