There slogan is all the love for new and existing customers. It should be all the neglect for new and abused customers.
Super helpful and super kind.
Sales staff not very informed/knowledgeable of products and services. Wait time even with an appointment is fairly long. Only have a few seats. Can only handle about 5-6 customers at a time.
Told me to call asurion instead of helping me themselves. Embracing to sell a service that you don't provide. Not helpful. Also, could not believe the amount of empty and pathetic corporate replies to this Google review page. The amount of upset people in this store is insane. You wouldn't catch me dead working hear. I could not deal with the incompetence of my coworkers or the corporation.
