Had to put my name in a queue & they take you in the order you come in. An hour later, I was still waiting, even though my name had been called. Waited another 20 minutes before a Rep was able to assist me. All I needed to do was replace my son’s Gizmo. Could've done that in less than 10 minutes. Fortunately, I was able to eat lunch at the nearby CFA while I waited in “line.”
The representative Mekhi presented a plan that was misleading. He was not truthful in what he told me. I asked specific questions and was told one thing that he then told me was incorrect when I went in to question it. He was very rude and kept talking over me and not listening to my issues. He insisted that I was not told the information and refused to help fix the problem. They are very misleading in their representation of their service.
Been with verizon for a for a couple years now, just wanted to pay my bill online. Went to app to user and password and it wouldn't accept and I spent a hour trying to make changes if needed with know results. So go to Verizon store and spent hour and a half, they finally said they couldn't help me since I had business account. So gave me a number to call and the guy I talked to spoke some kind English that I could hardly understand, he tried to help me but he couldn't unlock my account.
