Went in to upgrade thanks to promotions. Ended up having to do almost everything ourselves with some call center in India. The employees can't seem to be able to do anything in store anymore which makes the place rather useless.
Took me 8+ hours to get a transfer to a new contract after my partner and I broke up. Also found out I owed 800$s on a phone I was told was free with my trade in. I plan to buy out my contract and go back to straight talk I will never recommend Verizon to anyone.
Came in a nervous Nelly with my phone in SOS mode and I use my phone for work as many do. Met with Bill who went above and beyond to get my phone working again. Truly appreciate his kindness and genuine desire to help. Customer service at its best. Thank you Bill I appreciate you very much
