I should’ve paid attention to the 3.5 star rating. They were completely sale driven and down right pushy and rude. Everything cost money. They offered no help with setting up new phone. I don’t believe they were upfront about possible phone deals. It was late so they forced an easy sale. The gal laughed and said you’ll have to setup on your own or you could pay 30$ to help setup a phone that was purchased from them. Verizon, at one time, used to be the top Mobile phone company. The Rep at the store named Katie was incredibly helpful both times we were in. She got us in and out smoothly the first time, and gave us detailed assistance when we found a billing issue the second time we visited. All help over the phone was useless but Katie solved our problems in the kindest manner in person.
