As of now I give Bill at Verizon in Champaign on north Prospect 5 stars. I’ve never been able to leave a Verizon store happy in the past, usually we leave having paid hundreds of dollars out of pocket to simply upgrade or get a new phone and it’s very frustrating. Not today! We paid zero out of pocket to replace my iPhone 16 without having insurance! Assuming everything we were told was true our monthly bill went up around 40 dollars and that’s it. It was fast but considering I drive over an hour to this corporate store to get told I have to call Verizon and have my phone shipped back and replaced was a big waste of time they should have told me that when I talked the Verizon on the phone. With how gas prices are wasted too much for nothing
Service is terrible
Friendly, competent staff.... helped resolve a month's- long problem that other Verizon stores and phone support could not fix.
Very helpful bought a new 17 max pro and love it with all of the accessories.
