I really HATE going to cellphone stores because it tends to be frustrating, but my experience today with Carlos was great! I came to assist my mom with upgrading her phone. Carlos was so helpful and got us taken care of so much that I'm actually contemplating making the switch myself! Thank you Carlos!
Simply they don’t know how transfer home internet, I have to pay two bills because of amateur employee.
We moved to another address, I just asked transfer our internet account, they don’t know how, so they opened new account, we are still paying both addresses internet bill.
Nice folks but they don't deal with Fios stuff.
Don’t go here very bad management! We switched from T-Mobile to Verizon after they upgraded two phones they had deal for free IPhone and they charged us double and triple monthly for 3 months. Each month they say they will adjust and fix our payments and they have done nothing. Horrible experience!!! Location needs to close or management needs to change!
