Stores supposed to be open at 10 am on Friday. It’s currently 10:23 am Friday June 19th and store is locked without a single employee in sight. Line of upset customers waiting outside. Unbelievable. Maybe a manager or owner will see this review in time to come open the store up like it’s publicly listed hours display

Verizon incorrectly processed my warranty returns as trade-ins, then hit my account with $2,199.98 in fraudulent “Device Not Returned” charges, two separate $1,099.99 fees for devices that were absolutely returned. After getting nowhere through normal customer service channels, I escalated to Executive Relations, still no resolution. Senior Manager Jacqueline Mejia at the Manassas location (8410 Sudley Road) was not only unhelpful but outright rude when addressing the issue, failing to resolve it at the store level. Fantastic service via this 8410 Sudley Road Manassas VA Verizon Store today. I had a complex wireless transaction and scenario for my parents. I was immediately checked in and helped. I have been given the run around for the last week, trying to get my mother's replacement phone activated. When I called the number to activate it, they told me to go in the store. When I went in the store, they told me to call the activation line. Cycle repeated 4 times. The level of incompetence, the lack of compassion and their seeming unwillingness to help is staggering. If anyone I'd spoken to had been knowledgeable about their processes, they could have saved me hours on the phone and 3 additional trips to the store. T... read more
