How do I remove the 1 star? That’s too much praise for this dumpster fire of a customer service center. Rudest VZW store I’ve ever been to…bar none. No acknowledgment or greeting of any kind. Workers look up with a “I hate my life” look on their face. And maybe they do, but that’s not my problem. I walked in here today with Verizon the employer said we don't know I asked them what's going on you know you guys can look it up faster than what we can he says there's nothing I could do for you and I said to them well I'm losing money and the gentleman said so what well that's the last time they see me at that store
Rebekah did an amazing job with the upgrade. Me and my mom were helped in a timely manner on a super busy sunday night right before closing. Rebekah deserved that raise !!! Go see her if you need an upgrade or new service she's going to get you right !!!
I recently purchased the new Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max as a Christmas gift for my daughter and visited the Verizon Corporate store in Manassas, VA after calling 611 for guidance on returning the old device for my upgrade credit. I was told I could either mail the phone via UPS or return it at a corporate location. Inventory has been incorrect several times. Corporate placed an order for an exchange I was working on for months. Management is awful and needs to get there act together and stop wasting customer’s time. Came in to pickup a iphone 17 pro and was told they are not in stock after having the order CONFIRMED through corporate.
