Horrible. The most infuriating customer experience I’ve ever had. I tried to make an appointment online to avoid the long wait. I was not able to get an appointment online. The manager was rude and not helpful. I waited over 2 hours. Unacceptable! I’d avoid this place- go anywhere else.
Alyx was awesome! She helped me figure out if my trade in phone had been received by the warehouse. She helped answer my questions about internet service too.
