Sold my wife an upgrade to a phone when she only wanted a watch.. in the end, she got stuck with a watch Verizon themselves couldn't activate twice. She wasted 3 hours in here, when I knew before we went in that it wasnt going to work. In the end, she got stuck with an upgraded phone she didnt want because she already sent hers back, and they credited her $23 because "the watch was technically free"... scam scam scam scam scam!
