Business rep Michelle Behr stopped answering my emails once the deal was done but the account was still not correct. Had to spend hours on the phone with general verizon customer service to get it fixed. Class act. Use a different store. And if the owners actually wanted change they would not continue the prepackaged responses to all the complaints of garbage service.
There was an issue activating my new iPhone. Randy was a fantastic problem-solver. He connected the dots and figured out it was related to my (very old) data plan. His fantastic personality was an added bonus.
Worked with Emmanuel this morning in the store upgrading my phone. Very helpful and listened and helped me figure the best move. Feel safe doing business here. I’d give him 10 stars if I could.
Verizon data in this area is super slow in Hudson, WI. Don't go to the store and get service. Their service is ridiculous.
