Just trying to get a new phone for the last month and they don’t have any in stock. Horrible experience.. customer for 9 years and I’ve been contemplating going to T Mobile. Recommend a different phone company and 100% a different store.. you would think being on commission the employees would try to help out alittle more.
The staff is fantastic! We added some lines and they were so helpful and patient with getting everything configured correctly. Can’t thank them enough for making it a pleasant experience.
Horrible experience, unfortunately switched to Verizon, now I’m stuck there, third time visiting that store, first two times the service was meh, it was ok, this last one, just leaving the store while I’m writing this they got us waiting for over 50 minutes, I wanted to upgrade my phone plan, anyways, they have staff to get customers, 3 of them went to the back, and no getting customers, and one of them got back, started using his phone, very frustrated, Do no go to that store, sucks!
I want to be clear that I love Verizon, just not the reps in this particular store! I went to pick up an online order and was asked to show my ID, which I did. Unfortunately, my last name is different on my account than from my ID. I was asked to call Customer Service to get it changed and they would give me my order. I was on hold for 22 minutes and finally got my name changed. I asked the employee, Alyx and the Store Manager to verify the change and process my order. I have now been helped at this verizon location at least 2-3 times now and have each been helped by David who has been very helpful and made the process of setting up a new phone very easy.
