I needed to switch lines from a different provider to combine with my fiancée’s family plan. Transferring services and combining lines was made simple and quick. Steph was simply amazing. This was the BEST experience I have ever had when dealing with a mobile phone company. Plus, she helped us save a significant amount of money. If you need help at the Hudson store… Ask for Steph!!
have they had two people stores unhelpful don’t have the device I also looked at the district manager email address and I will be sending an email.
Terrible customer service. Was told to come back in a month for better deals on phones. My impression is that the sales person wanted to just get me out of the store rather than help me. (Lazy)
