This place was the worst that I dealt with. The people there were just talked you in with empty promises but delivered nothing. Be careful with what you are told vs. what you would get. The managers and employees are the same - liars. These people would move to other Verizon stores or quit within a year or less. Attached is the business card I got but never got any follow up. The representatives were very rude. I had got a new line from here a month ago, and had to trade-in my old phone. I had got a new phone and line during the promotional events in May. When I went to the store to return the old phone to complete the trade in process, one of the representatives - Robert had told me that they had an issue on their systems and had to reprocess the trade in request. Extremely rude service from the representatives here. We were asked to “Get out of the store” because of a mistake they did. Robert and David, the two representatives of the store were extremely rude. Robert, who claimed to be the store manager, was really hostile towards us and spoke to us very loudly, constantly asking us to leave the store and also said “we’re banned from here”. Amazing service from Robert at this Dulles 28 location. Had called verizon customer service last month to cancel a line but still received a bill. Went in today and talked to Robert - he saw that it wasn’t disconnected and helped me resolve the issue very quickly. Exceptional customer service!!! Thank you Robert!!
