Had just purchased a new phone 4 days prior and was having issues and they told me to go to Best Buy as they couldn't help. I went to a different store in Martinsburg, WV explained the same issue and they said we can help with that and 15 minutes later I was on my way problem resolved

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Khalid at the Verizon store in Dulles. His lack of professionalism, customer service skills, and basic problem-solving ability was shocking, especially from someone holding a managerial position. I had ordered an iPhone 17, which was never delivered due to it being processed incorrectly. If I could give 0 stars to this location and the manager here I would. Came here with a friend since his fiancé passed away a year ago. The Verizon employee at the first location told my friend that they disconnected the line when really they suspended it. A year later (this month) friend's bull showed his late fiance's line was "reconnected" and that he was being charged not only for her phone connection for the past year but also the remainder of the phone's value (which is crushed in a million pieces in another country), ... read more
