After becoming frustrated with errors caused by Verzon's promotional department, I visited Verizon's physical store location at Dulles Plaza. The service I received from Aaron Helmbrecht was top notch and greatly appreciated. Aaron took the time (a lot of time!) Working with Customer Care to correct the errors to my bill.
