I went in to upgrade my phone. The manager asked me for my phone number and the name on the account (my wife’s name) and registered me in the queue. 15 minutes later an agent came to help me. He too asked me for my phone number and permission to access my account, which I gave him. He went to the back to obtain the phone I requested. After 5 minutes he came out and told me he couldn’t help me without seeing my wife’s ID. She is the primary account holder.
