I came into add a line to my existing plan and through no fault of the store couldn’t do so because of a systemwide outage. I returned the next day once service was restored and was seen immediately. The representative and the manager were very apologetic about then delay and even gave me additional discounts on my plan. Overall the customer service was excellent.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this store. The manager, a rude short Hispanic lady, was completely unhelpful and unprofessional. After being baited into buying a phone, I returned the following week to get assistance with transferring my data. To my shock, she demanded $29 just to help me with a simple transfer! Every time I tried to explain my situation, she came up with negative excuses and refused to assist me. Her suggestion to either go to Apple or call WhatsApp for help was ridiculous. This place was the worst that I dealt with. The people there were just talked you in with empty promises but delivered nothing. Be careful with what you are told vs. what you would get. The managers and employees are the same - liars. These people would move to other Verizon stores or quit within a year or less. Attached is the business card I got but never got any follow up. The representatives were very rude. I had got a new line from here a month ago, and had to trade-in my old phone. I had got a new phone and line during the promotional events in May. When I went to the store to return the old phone to complete the trade in process, one of the representatives - Robert had told me that they had an issue on their systems and had to reprocess the trade in request. Extremely rude service from the representatives here. We were asked to “Get out of the store” because of a mistake they did. Robert and David, the two representatives of the store were extremely rude. Robert, who claimed to be the store manager, was really hostile towards us and spoke to us very loudly, constantly asking us to leave the store and also said “we’re banned from here”.
