I have had two experiences in the last three days with this Verizon Store Dulles 28 Center over some technical issues that had nothing to do with the Store and everything to do with technology. I cannot say enough good things about Aaron and Copper. They were infinitely patient with me. They absolutely got the problem solved, which seemed to be insolvable after two hours on the phone with Verizon and Asher on tech-support. We are also very helpful. We just couldn’t get it solved.
Amazing experience. Two visits to this store, both with Copper to activate two lines. He was expedient, friendly, and professional.

This was my first time here at this location, and I got an amazing deal in the associate that really helped me was Ali. I'm so glad to finally be a Verizon customer, and it all starts with their friendly staff - especially Carlos. I brought over 6 mobile lines to transfer, and ended up with 6 new phones programmed for my family members while retaining their original phone numbers. Sounds easy right?
