Got a dent and scrape on the right side of my car. First place I went to quoted 3k. Second place quoted 2k. Mazella got the job done under 1k (and 1 day). Still in shock. Great job!!
The workers here helped my brother get his first phone at a price and plan he could afford! They also have quite a few options for plans.
Absolutely worthless customer service. First of all, the wait is always to long. And when you finally get to speak with someone, they are always rude. Most questions you ask, they have to go and look up the answer, heck, just put up a kiosk to answer our own questions. They play the music way to loud, and don't bother to ask them to turn it down. Really, do you expect anything other than frozen/grilled food? That's what you'll get...with a smile 3 outta five times. Didn't see anything fresh...ok...lettuce on grandson's cheeseburger was fresh. But it's a mini mart grill...you get what you'd expect...no bargain prices either.

Her expertise, and knowledge about cellular make me understand why my data increase. Most, the way she advised me, was very pleasurable. Was in the store 4 times. Each time a different clerk. The last time was to return a defective phone. Was created like crap. Clerk was short in responses. He also argued when I requested my original receipt back then threw it at me. He also charged me $35 restocking fee for defective phone. Not a good experience at all. Won't be back.
The complexity of understanding cell phone contracts and matching hardware to the service is beyond me. The staff here is technically competent and patient. However, when in the store it has not been unusual to wait 15 minutes or more for help.
Maybe "MountainGirl" had the wrong spot? There are 3 Verizon stores near each other. This one is right on Route 9W, IN FRONT OF Kings Mall. My experience here was BAD. The other VerizonWireless (1300) is IN THE Hudson Valley Mall [they have good reviews.] The 3rd is "Cellular Connection" (1131) almost across the street. My sales clerk insisted he had no plans as cheap as my chat homework showed. He got snotty when I told him about my conflicting info (I had a screen shot to prove it).
