We walked into the Verizon store today in Gaylord with hopes of signing in with a new plan. It’s been 25 years since I’ve been with Verizon and so worried I’d never go back but thought I would take the initiative to give them another chance. The customer service and the rep that dealt with us was awful. No manners, no incentive to try to get a deal, and I really don’t wanna go and deal with them again after this episode. I guess we will stay with AT&T.
store manager literally took a nail file under a cleaning cloth to bottom of my phone that I was returning because pixle had many issues. showed me bottom of phone stating normal wear on two day old phone. i looked at my two year old samsung no normal wear. I was talking to a former employee about issue and she told me that manager has taken a file to several phones. (went to iphone pro max) through coorporate store online as I won't ever enter a team wireless store again. store location Iron River MI.
