I Came into this Verizon Today looking for an Upgrade on my Device and Chase was Great! very knowledgeable, helpful extremely patient and showing me all my options and walking me through every step I would definitely recommend seeing Chase for any of your Verizon needs!
Had a very excellent experience with team member Lee. Came in looking to upgrade my phone, and he made the process as smooth as can be. We were in and out, new phone in hand. Set us up with a few gadgets for my new iPhone as well :) case, charger, and screen protector. 5 star experience with Lee. Definitely recommend this location to anyone having phone troubles or looking to upgrade !
We were visiting from Seattle on a family vacation when, one day before our flight home, I accidentally dropped my phone in the ocean and damaged it. We came to this Verizon location for one reason only: to purchase a replacement phone. I went to this store to replace my broken iPhone. The representative that assisted me was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly explained everything and was very accommodating. He even took it upon himself to explain all my options, and the costs involved. I was also having difficulty loading information from the cloud to my new phone. Without his expertise…the transfer of data would have never been possible. horrible service. i waited there for an hour (8/1/26) and was never acknowledged by the employees. i strongly believe if i had kept waiting, when an employee finally did free up they would’ve helped the others that came in after me before getting to me. there were three employees but only two out. the third one saw me come in and disappeared into the back. did not even get helped. waited there for nothing. it’s saturday and this is a location in town; they should know to have more staff available. all this lousy customer ser... read more
