Horrible customer service. My daughter went in, is an authorized user and her phone was broken. So she’s 2700 miles away from home with no phone. The ill trained worker said she wasn’t an authorized user. She asked for them to call me and they told her to find someone to help her. She left store asked bystanders to let her use their phone to contact me. I tried calling the store no answer. Great experience each time I've been at this store
The Verizon Agent in chat is refusing to help me with my internet issue after they told me my Internet Service was hacked. Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers.
Manager greeted me with discriminatory behavior. From the beginning he was blatantly rude and apparently is comfortable with using racial slurs towards black people and probably other races. All of my Asian colleagues are switching services in solidarity against racism.
