Just went in with a small issue. Busy location. Needed to make upgrades with messages. Was taken care of very quickly and efficiently. Love this store. Very well organized. Great staff. Easy to find. While I was in Waikīkī I purchased a new Apple phone. I was assisted by Oscar who was patient in helping me to understand the differences between the offerings to find the right one to meet my needs and to give me the best deal. He was very patient and reflects the best service of Verizon.
Oscar at Verizon was amazing. He walked my Mother through the purchase of and phone and plan in terms she could easily understand. She is very happy with her purchase and she can easily access all her apps without any help thanks to Oscar. Very pleased with her experience. Sorry I forgot to take photos.
I felt that your employee was rude and racially discriminatory toward me, specifically because I do not speak English well. Even though they were aware that I was having trouble understanding the language, they offered no assistance and, acting as if I were a nuisance, simply instructed me to figure things out on my own. I am a long-standing Verizon customer; had I been able to resolve the issue myself, I certainly would not have visited the store twice.
