We were visiting from Seattle on a family vacation when, one day before our flight home, I accidentally dropped my phone in the ocean and damaged it. We came to this Verizon location for one reason only: to purchase a replacement phone. We were helped by an employee named Lee, who repeatedly referred to himself as an “expert.” My wife and I were rushed because we were traveling, and we trusted that he was simply helping us replace my damaged phone. I went to this store to replace my broken iPhone. The representative that assisted me was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly explained everything and was very accommodating. He even took it upon himself to explain all my options, and the costs involved. I was also having difficulty loading information from the cloud to my new phone. Without his expertise…the transfer of data would have never been possible. horrible service. i waited there for an hour (8/1/26) and was never acknowledged by the employees. i strongly believe if i had kept waiting, when an employee finally did free up they would’ve helped the others that came in after me before getting to me. there were three employees but only two out. the third one saw me come in and disappeared into the back. did not even get helped. waited there for nothing. it’s saturday and this is a location in town; they should know to have more staff available. all this lousy customer ser... read more

I’m writing this review to specifically commend Alex for the outstanding service he gave me. I came in with a friend, who needed a SIM card for her international phone. For whatever reason the IMEI number said the phone was marked as lost or stolen. Alex got on the phone with technical support to sort it all out. It took so long on their end, but Alex kept at it and was patient, friendly and in-between kept a friendly conversation going on and let us know he was going to get it worked out for us with tech support.
