Every time I go to this store. They act like they're so busy.. a waitlist to just wait longer. Your efficient process is not efficient, right now.. 2 reps standing laughing. I had a simple phone return and dude went to the back to make poop or something. Make it easier for patrons to do business.
I am never one to submit a review, especially 5 stars however I want to give a major shout out to christian king for his exemplary service as he sat done with me for upwards of 3 hours to try and help me get a account open unfortunately we couldn't get it to work however that wasn't because of him, he went above and beyond to try and help and I hope he gets the recognition this man deserves, much respect and appreciation you gave me
Whoever is in charge of this office is doing a great job...best customer service! Joel walked me thru my issue and was very knowledgable. Very happy with resolution and all the care I got ! Thank you
I pay for Verizons most expensive unlimited plan. Yet I only have 4 g while writing this review in the center of maui with zero obstacles to reduce my reception. Verizon is a trash service with no customer service available. I will leave immediately
