My son and I had the best experience at the Kahala Verizon store today- Stanley and Craig were amazing- kind, efficient, professional, and helped us to get the best deal! They kept my monthly cost pretty much the same! We walked out with our new phones and felt like we got an early Christmas gift! You have to come to this Verizon- they are the best. About a month ago, I went to get a new phone, and the staff was very friendly. They offered adding an extra phone line to my account so I could get a new phone free of charge. However, my first bill after that was nearly $60 more than usual, and the second bill was $50 higher. I decided to go back to complain, and they offered me a credit, which I appreciated. After an hour in with customer service I came into my appointment to fix a hardware problem with new Apple Watches. I was “greeted” by Owen who was not only rude but didn’t even ask me why I was there. After I barely got out why I was in the store he was beyond rude.
