Roderick was very professional with my issue, even though it was 8pm on a Tuesday and his tablet refused to work (no fault on his part). Verizon is annoying but the staff here are excellent.

Extremely disappointed in the service I received tonight. Randomly, my iPhone stopped working due to full storage on the device. I was due for an upgrade and walked in at 8pm ready to purchase a new iPhone. I was not greeted despite two employees being in store and I was not serviced until 8:20 pm. I understand we all get tired at the end of the day, but late hours are for emergencies like the one I was experiencing. Great service! Came in to switch from Tmobile to Verizon and I was pleasantly assisted by Trevor. He answered all my questions, got my family lines setup and I was ready to go! The easiest most seamless carrier switch I’ve done by far. Thank you again Trevor and the team at Verizon Kahala!
