Last week, I came to this branch to activate international service on my cell phone for an upcoming trip. The manager, Adam, also informed me of a promotion to upgrade my current phone, which I wound up doing as well. To no fault of the manager, Adam, I was unable to transfer the service to my new line when I arrived home that evening. I came back the following day, and Adam worked with me to get the issue fixed. I just came back from an appointment at Verizon Kahala Mall. I went there to upgrade my phone (Verizon was having a promotion and my phone was over 5 years old.) Tre Martin helped me. He took me in 2 hours before my appointment. He explained all my options in a manner that I could understand. He also looked at my account and found ways to save me a few dollars. I went into Verizon today wanting to switch carriers and upgrade my phone at the same time. I was first told that the phone I wanted was not in stock at any location. I even asked if he could check the other locations. He interrupted by saying that they don't carry 512 GB at ANY Verizon location. After finishing that process, I pay and get handed my receipt. My son and I had the best experience at the Kahala Verizon store today- Stanley and Craig were amazing- kind, efficient, professional, and helped us to get the best deal! They kept my monthly cost pretty much the same! We walked out with our new phones and felt like we got an early Christmas gift! You have to come to this Verizon- they are the best.
