I went to the Verizon store in Kaneohe at Windward Mall yesterday after having an ongoing issue with my iPhone order. I’ve ordered the phone multiple times, and each time Verizon places a temporary hold on my money for about four days, then it falls off, and the funds go back into my account. Then a week or two later, Verizon tries to take the money again — even though there’s no guarantee it’s still available by that point. Fantastic location and even better service! I highly recommend the Verizon store in Windward Mall. The representatives, and especially the manager, Ellis, are incredibly kind. Ellis truly went above and beyond to answer all of my mom's questions. It's clear he genuinely cares about his customers and making sure they get the best deal.
