Edit January 13th 2025. Walked into this store today to take care of some trade-in stuff for a new account. Jay was the most awesome helpful person. ZERO STARS!!!! I was told that I would be helped shortly after being told to register. After waiting almost 2 hours, I was then sent a text message that I would be next in line within 10 minutes. Well this took another half hour!! It began to get very crowded but I waited patiently in the store. Then I received a phone call and before I could call them back the representative began to help another next customer. I didn’t know who the person was called me.
