Phone was low on an excursion, friends phone screen stopped working and we got a new one but they wouldn't let us leave a phone to charge for 10 minutes. I've hit my 10 year mark with Verizon. Seems like people forgot what customer service is.
This store was quite disappointing. I was transferring a line from another carrier to Verizon. Additional fees were not disclosed for this transfer. To top it off, the representative didn’t enter the right information of the phone being transferred where it didn’t activate and transfer over completely. I had to make a call to Verizon and they fixed what was done. I would suggest going elsewhere.
Worst Verizon store we’ve encountered. Associate is very rude and doesn’t know how their system works. I ordered a speaker for pick up and because it was under my name I called their customer service hotline ahead of time that the person that’s going to pick up the item would be my husband. They then told me just bring any documents that can proved that he’s my husband and they can give the item to him. At the store they refused to give the item though he showed them our marriage certificate. So frustrating!
Liar's work at this store. I got a deal during an upgrade, with Trevor, that added a second line to my phone. During this I asked 3 times what changes it would make to cost of my plan, he said that it wouldn't change and refused to give me price. I got home and reviewed my plan to see that the price of my plan went up. Terrible service.
Rude and creates arbitrary rules on the spot to avoid giving service. Avoid Dana at all costs he's literally the least knowledgeable person I've ever encountered and literally starts with the attitude immediately. He was belittlling and insulting not only me but my active duty husband and the family paying the Verizon bill, seriously how do these people have jobs when so many others clearly deserve them?
