I wouldn’t recommend making any purchases here if there’s any chance you might want to return an item. That seems to be a task that cannot be carried out without the manager’s presence. Of the 5 times I went, there was no manager present. The good news is that they are willing to set up a scheduled appointment with the manager during working hours to make a return. The older gentleman man with the glasses (I forget his name- darker skin) he drives a motorcycle and is retiring soon in February I believe. He was so kind and patient assisting my mom every step of the way with her Asurion device replacement claim. You hardly see good customer service now days but when you do it stands out. Great job!

Try to avoid this store, lacking customer service and most of the time it seems their listening to music on the AirPods than listening to the customer and calling the customer liars. Just avoid this store

I couldn't be more happier with the service at Verizon Moanalua. We had some unpleasant experiences on the phone and other stores, and this whole experience made up for it. All the employees were fantastic. We were greeted at the door, which doesn't always happen. Reg was super helpful and was so patient and empathetic. Not only did we get everything we needed four our new phones, but Reg took it a step further when he saw my kids were tired and hungry and told us to get some food while he processes the order and get our pho... read more

Phone was low on an excursion, friends phone screen stopped working and we got a new one but they wouldn't let us leave a phone to charge for 10 minutes. I've hit my 10 year mark with Verizon. Seems like people forgot what customer service is.
