I ordered a new phone which was lost by fedex. the next phone I received shipping info for but was actually back ordered. Super frustrated! Z helped me get a phone same day and was amazing!

My wife and I met Regina at the Verizon Pearlridge location. She assisted us in upgrading my Samsung Galaxy S10e to the latest Galaxy S26. Regina worked with us to get the best deal possible for the family and we will never forget that! The check-in Kiosk was not working but she was kind enough to tell us not to worry and she got us even though there were customers she was already working with. Regina and other awesome customer service representatives are the reason why I still stick with Verizon after 20+ years!

Do not recommend this location, third party vendors, or Verizon corporation in general. I would review this as zero stars if possible. Poor customer service, unprofessional management, and misinformed employees. I submitted an order through Verizon for an in-store pickup, which was not satisfied by this location and has only resulted in finger pointing between the third party retailer and corporation - with me in the middle trying to solve the problem as the customer.
