Kelila was more than a pleasure to work with. Her professionalism and product knowledge surpasses most I have encountered. She was never in a rush while providing outstanding customer service!

Had a wonderful experience with trade-in options at Pearlridge HI store. Mr. Kamani was extremely knowledgeable and professional! He shared thorough details of what existing deals were available for an upgrade. It took us over an hour to complete the transaction due to system issues. Nonetheless, he was patient despite approaching closing hours and got us what we needed. Give him a raise and promotion! Mahalo!

Sam and Regina were helpful with I-pad activation. They took the time to help us when the call center AI could not. Thank you!

Kelila and the team at Verizon Pearlridge are always great! I have to come in a few times over the last month with a few different issues and kelila and the team have always been responsive and very helpful! I would say that the experience was definitely exceptional.
