Very disappointed with Verizon's customer service. Watch the language used in any 'so called' deals. Significant failure to disclaim financial implications of 'specials.' I spent 120 minutes on a chat the ended with the agent ghosting me.
Go see Gio (Santos)!! He took care of me and I was pleased with his outstanding customer service. Professional & courteous. He was also very patient with me and answered all my questions.
My phone is so lag because of verizon into my Gamer. and the pings is up to 201
Staff is not helpful - asked for help transferring an account; they said "oh you just have to call this number" and ushered us out. The number wasn't even the right one!
Seems the reps here need some training. My sister had the unfortunate experience of being assisted? if you can even call it that by Trevor. She came in for a simple upgrade. I told her exactly how it would go down and set the expectations. Luckily Trevor had his own plan. He added a feature called Verizon Home Device Protect to the account without ever asking her.
