Do not recommend this location, third party vendors, or Verizon corporation in general. I would review this as zero stars if possible. Poor customer service, unprofessional management, and misinformed employees. I submitted an order through Verizon for an in-store pickup, which was not satisfied by this location and has only resulted in finger pointing between the third party retailer and corporation - with me in the middle trying to solve the problem as the customer. This branch of Verizon has the rudest manager! We ordered a speaker online under my name. Before picking up the order, I called their customer service and was told that my husband could pick it up at the store as long as he brought proof of marriage. However, when he arrived, the manager refused to release the item because she said the marriage certificate might be fake! My husband even showed his IDs and everything. Very disappointed with Verizon's customer service. Watch the language used in any 'so called' deals. Significant failure to disclaim financial implications of 'specials.' I spent 120 minutes on a chat the ended with the agent ghosting me.

Go see Gio (Santos)!! He took care of me and I was pleased with his outstanding customer service. Professional & courteous. He was also very patient with me and answered all my questions.
