This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had — period. If I could give zero stars, I would. I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Verizon with associate manager Diego. My family and I came in with a simple question about our bill. Diego told us he would assist us after finishing with another customer, which we completely understood and were fine waiting for. However, after that customer left, Diego skipped over us entirely—helping three other customers while we continued waiting for over 30 minutes.
