Quite possibly the worst experience that I’ve ever had at a corporate establishment. I’ve been overpaying $300 per month for the past 8 months since I switched from T-Mobile. Alejandro scammed me and my family and promised a price that he couldn’t honor. When I tried to dispute it, Justin, the manager, smirked in our faces and said that he couldn’t help us and we would have to continue overpaying. I wish I could give it 0 stars but that’s not an option unfortunately.
