Forgot to tell why I gave two stars we had a replacement phone to get activated the store employee did not give his name but appeared to fumble with the phone and kept on insisting that we needed a SIM card when it was an eSIM twice he told us that we could call in for activation and twice I had to tell him I know that but we came for help here and that's why we came in the end I thanked him because he gave me a cross-eyed look but I have been and gotten excellent customer service this one employee was not good
Worst verizon store. Placed an online order and was ready to pick up but when I went to pick it up they had already sold despite me already paying for it online. Avoid this location and verizon in general.
The employee in this store is the reason people switch from Verizon yall are suppose sell Verizon instead yall are making they lose money
Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. I walked into this Verizon store because I wanted help finding the cheapest way to add my mom to my phone plan. I specifically explained that I have an Apple Watch and iPad on separate lines that I never use and wanted to see if there was a way to lower my bill.
