Equipment wasn't worth anything, it didnt work in my area like they said it would. So I just returned it to the store
Absolutely garbage customer service. Show up in store to transfer a line from Visible (a Verizon company) to a Verizon account. Told repeatedly "we can't help you, you have to schedule a call and do it online". Waits 5 days for a call. On the phone for 3 hours. They cut off of my Visible phone. Then told me I have to I to a store to transfer the line....
