Horrific company don’t ever work with Verizon on any of your phones they refuse to disconnect your phones to keep you on a hook in order to keep you paying them. It’s taken three months to resolve the issues with my Verizon account and I still receive charges from Verizon even after cutting all ties with this company including business and personal for my entire family and all of my clients.
Went in for a phone upgrade and they wanted to 1) increase my bill ,and charge to transfer, charge me to basically sign a 3 year contract...money hungry
