Try shipping the phone that was syupposed to ship on May 15th but the order was cancelled with no notice. That is after they had no record of the first call/chat log. Luckily I had that chat log emailed to me but all of a sudden they was able to find it when I gave them the reference number. Looks like it is time to switch.

Condescending employees. I came in to upgrade my phone for the first time in over 5 years and renew my 2 year contract and they only wanted to sell me their monthly plans. Talked down to me every time I entered the store and treated me like I was stupid for wanting to know the price break down before buying. Not knowledgeable about their products when I asked about processor speed. Mocked me that I "wasn't getting a free phone" when I came back in to pick up the phone after paying online when I never expected free, I was try... read more
