We went in the store here a few weeks ago and purchased what we were told was a free phone and added a line to our business plan. Being we have a business plan we were told there were no activation fees. When we received our bill we found where they have added a device payment for a phone that was suppose to be free, charged us for the activation fee which was suppose to be free and a 170 months for the line. We just spent more than an hour to get new phones. The salesman tried multiple times to correct one of the Verizon system errors that would not process our purchase .The manager “Tom” lost our business of two new phones and accessories because he refused to honor the in store pickup price that saved us $40. They did offer to “ put it in the notes if we paid the higher price and we could work it out later”. “ Tom” was indifferent and unsupportive if both their customers (us) and his salesperson. I went into the store, told the sales person what phone I wanted... he said he couldn't get it and then attempted to sell me a phone that was literally 3x the price... I left... within 10 minutes of being in my house my husband ordered the phone I wanted off the Verizon app... would that have been so hard for the store employee to do?? Absolutely absurd... today was the closest I have ever came to leaving verizon and going back to AT&T... never doing business in store again. nope very rude mom had a medical condition and cant wear a mask and they denied entry into the store

Went to store today after scheduling an appointment and got confirmation. Only to find out store is closed and website says “Open “. Wasted a 25 mile drive for this. Really think it’s time to switch carrier😡😡

So if I'd only come to this store once, I'd have to rate it poorly based on how unhelpful and seemingly uninformed the employee was. Thankfully, when I returned for a second visit, I was helped this time by Hailey. She was incredibly awesome to deal with, solved my problem as fast as possible, and continuously went above and beyond for me as a customer. “RACIST RUN AND OPERATED” I will never step foot in this store again. Im calling the Americus, Ga. Verizon Wireless store out on being a “racist run and operated” store against white people. I went to this store two times in two days with a face mask on and was forced to stand outside as I watched two black women enter the store after I had already tried to go in. Unfortunately the staff/employees does not even know, what they are selling! "Rude, arrogant" these words are not enough to describe them ! I would rather give them higher credit:- 1. ILLITERATE ( who has zero knowledge about their products, what they are selling. Confidently misguide their customer). 2.
