I attempted to switch to Verizon, had to cancel after one day due to poor coverage in my area. Verizon billed me $380, would not correct my account, despite multiple calls and going to the local store twice, and sent my account to a collection agency. If you’re thinking about switching to Verizon, don’t.

They seemed nice, but as soon as we got inside, they didn’t even pull up my account and told me they couldn’t do an early upgrade from an iPhone to a Samsung 🤔 called the Sunbury store and they ordered me a Note20 and are gonna get me set up in a few days. I honestly just think Mt Vernon guys didn’t wanna do the work. Seems like they couldn’t push us out the door fast enough.

store was not open but posted hours said they should be. ruined my entire weekend because I have to drive a long way to get here now I have to do it again tomorrow. switched to Verizon in July cuz it's the only thing that works where I live and it's the worst customer service imaginable. I've had better service with Comcast. also the my Verizon app is super buggy and doesn't help at all

Failed to post change of hours and then due to staffing issues, they wouldn’t allow anyone in the store and were only doing curbside pickup. This was the third attempt I have made at trying to get a different phone. Save yourself a trip and go to Rochester or LaCrosse. Something is off about this store and I would not recommend wasting your time.

By far the best customer service! I was having issues with my order and was getting no help over the phone so I stopped in yesterday and the staff was wonderful. Very friendly and answered all of my questions AND even got me a better deal! Thank you guys so much for taking care of me yesterday.

Verizon is awful!!! I’m struggling to pay my phone bill with them post pay. We have three phones and five lines with them and have been loyal customers for going on two years. We pay our bill religiously every month in divided payments because it is expensive. My fault I know but it’s what We wanted For our extra I guess. Internet is not great out here where we live but Verizon seems to be the better choice for us.
