RecommendedI've had Verizon for so long, it use to be Cellular One. Mario in the Brentwood store is awesome and very helpful.
Employees are rude and don't know what they are doing. They talk out of their butts I swear just to hear themselves speak. Management is nice but doesn't listen very well before they try to tell you what they think is the answer. they cant switch the address on my family account for whatever reason even after assuring us that it has been changed repeatedly. I'm supposed to have full access but cant view the bill online, they claim I can but I can not. and just today I tried to schedule an appt for tomorrow (a saturday) and I... read more
I don't even want to select 1 star , horrible; horrible service scamming people out of there money and employees have no idea what they are doing. Don't EVER get this service.
They guy had no idea what he was doing? Waste of my time.
Super bomb service, i wouldnt go to any other place!! And i live in Stockton!!
