My phone had some issues and needed to be reset: that didn't work... Then verizon sent me another one because mine was disfunctional. But after transferring info, cards, etc., that phone too was having issues, which led me to believe the Sim card went bad. Jonathan, from the WGV Verizon store, not only fixed my issues , but fixed our billing for my inconveniences. When activating 2 new Iphone 6 phones and account I was told I had to purchase a minimum of $90 of accessories per phone. I repeatably asked is this mandatory. I was told in order to choose the Edge plan I must spend a minimum of $90. This is incorrect. After speaking with Rida the manager on duty he stated the rep was misinformed. I feel the Manager Rida, knew this was happening as the rep talked with him 3 times while working with me. I walked out after the rep stated I had no other choice. Just learned that when in the store and upgraded my phone that they also changed my plan unknowingly and removed my unlimited data on my phone line! This was never disclosed to me through that process and I was assured my plan was remaining the same and nothing was changing, just renewing for another two years with what I had and getting a new phone!
