Had a quick question which was answered with a smile. Nice folks.
Went on Monday, to return a phone we just bought, waited almost an hour, just to be told they were charging a restocking fee, even though it says online no restocking fee. Call customer service, they give me a credit for restocking fee and tell me to go back to the store to return it. Wait ANOTHER hour to return the phone and now all of a sudden they can waive the restocking fee. Told them it had already been taken care of. She didn't seem very happy about that.
