I came in tonight with my husband and toddler to purchase phones. 45 minutes later, no one had so much as spoken to us about when we might be helped. For real? ALWAYS greet the customer (especially the pregnant one with a toddler). I know it was busy but there is no excuse for this. We left without anyone helping us or probably even noticing we were gone. I’m sorely disappointed.
If there was a negative star button I'd use it. 2 hour wait for a smashed phone to be handed an 800 number on a sticky note for an insurance claim. That store is always an insane wait time and why does everything have to be sent off? There was a time when the stores could actually help people (this is corporates fault), now they can't do anything!!
A big shout out to Chris. Thank you for cleaning up the mess that the other Verizon store made. Loved the customer service
ZERO STARS !!! Awful service, sales team will do anything for a sale and appears to be encouraged to lie by the management. We were quoted for a new phone and when bill arrived it was over $40 more a month than quoted ... they openly accept the quote was wrong but refuse to honor it or do anything to help fix the problem. Barb (the manager) will not return calls. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS ... go directly to Verizon online and deal with them directly or better still go to a different service supplier
Amazing how a store that will sell you a 6 to $700 phone can't sell you a replacement battery.
Somewhere along the line they forgot customer service!!!!! I ask for a call back yesterday.... Didn't happen..... Stopped in today, waited almost an Hour before I just gave up & Left....... Time to consider other carriers!!!!
