Was not happy with my experience at this store. The whole time I was trying to upgrade my iPhone the salesperson kept trying to sell me other accessories. Like the hum. A charger. Cases. Really pushing the hum. We already have one. When I purchased my iPhone I was handed the phone in a wrapped box. And the glass protective cover. I asked if the put the protection cover in the phone. Every time I update an app it charges me what the fuck seriously?!
Today was the first time that I have walked into the store and customer service was subpar. The prices were not updated on the cards so we thought we were purchasing an item on sale and it wasn't. When we approached another younger gentleman, he acted like he didn't want to help us. When another lady asked him, he literally said that were someone else's customer and to get that person.
