I drove 50 miles to pay my bill and had a problem with ring tone They checked my account and asked for ID, The name on my drivers license is Lorraine Christine name on account it Chris this is a picture ID. Come on ! The manager Told me call tech support I did in the store didn't understand what they were have me do,asked her agin . She spoke to tech and handed the phone back never helped at all. After verifying the account holder's number, name & social I was still unable to get a copy of my bill. This is another reason why we're leaving Verizon. I don't recommend the Jefferson location at all. To top things off the customer service was extremely poor. After 12 years of being a loyal customer, No one was able to provide me with a copy so we can smoothly transfer to another company.
This store blows!!! Hated it! Wish there was an unlike button cuz I’d push it!!!
