poor customer service for existing customers
I upgraded my phone this past Saturday. Everything was backed up onto the cloud. I was reassured of that many times. Well, the voicemails from my deceased grandmother are the only things missing!!! How does that happen? I am so upset. Not to mention the guy who “helped” us was very pushy and rude.
Since bourbonnais store couldn't help me Terry did at the Bradley location. Got a google pixel XL and daydreamer. Glad I switched got a better phone an service.
I have been a Verizon customer for over 15 years - the customer service is excellent and Tom, Solution Specialist, is knowledgeable and considerate!!! He was able to resolve my "problem" quickly & cost effectively.
I think that customer service sucks! As a Verizon customer for over 20 years I tried at least 4 times over the past year to get someone at the Bradley store to address my getting internet service. All promised to check it out and get back to me and all failed to do so.
I went to the Verizon store today and I have to tell you Tiffany was a great help. Especially the assistant manager and manager that was on tonight they took the time to help me with all my problems and went above and beyond the expectations of a Verizon store. Thanks again for all you did!
Went in with a problem with my iPhone. Battery kept emptying fast. Manager couldn't even help since I have corporate account even though I had account password and letter from corporate office. I have never had 1 good experience anytime in this store. Time to change carriers.
Never have I been so mistreated as a consumer......went in to upgrade my plan and devices, left empty handed because I was being bullied into accessories I didn't want after I repeatedly declined. I'm under no obligation to explain to you why I did not want to purchase your extra accessories. Left a detailed customer complaint with customer services.
