They lied to me to get my money sold me accessories but my phone is not here yet! Ordered Saturday with 2 day shipping. They won’t even answer the phone at the store!! Very poor customer service!!! No follow through!

Kenny did an excellent job in helping me lower my bill but adding a couple new features
I have been with Verizon for years and finally went to upgrade my phone after 4 years. Great experience to say the least. Evan and his manager (his name escapes me right now) found additional promotions for me and I did not walk out spending $300 like I thought I would, so thank you!!!! Was very pleased with the service I got!!!
