I am a very good customer and do not understand why I'm jerked around when I want to upgrade. I am considering shopping around to find a new carrier with better perks and values for someone who always pays their bill and has added a new line I feel I deserve more should I upgrade my old iPhone 4. Very unhappy with you Verizon

VERZION IS THE WORST COMPANY,ME AND BOSS DECIDED TO SWITCH DEVICES SO WE WENT TO VERZION,AFTER A 20MIN WAITED WE GOT THIS GUY THAT TOOK OUR SITUATION THE WRONG WAY AFTER HEARING WHAT WE WANTED TO DO,HE TRY TO MAKE HER SEEM LIKE MY PHONE WAS NO GOOD THAT IT WAS STOLEN AND THAT I WAS A CROOK AND ASK HER WAS SHE DOING THIS AGAINST HER WILL.ONCE HE FIND SHE WAS COMPLYING WITH HIM HE REFUSED TO HELP NOT TO MENTION IM BLACK AND MY BOSS WAS WHITE.I THOUGHT RACISM WAS OVER BUT NOT AT VERZION IN ALBANY GEORGIA....
