I don't know if you realize this, but this phone number will not work if you have a Verizon prepaid phone: you must stop by the store. I know, because my prepaid is a backup phone to my monthly phone (which is broken, so I can't call using it).

Never, Ever Again! – I have a lot of experience with Verizon -- I have 2 very complicated non-cellular accounts and one rather complicated cellular account. After speaking with Verizon Cellular on the phone, I decided to open yet another account for wireless internet (I live in a remote area and can't get DSL or cable). DO NOT GO HERE! Super rude and unprofessional! – Absolutely horrible service! Do not go there! Here is what I experienced: I am writing this letter in regards to my service at the Verizon Wireless store on the corner of Sanderson and Florida in Hemet, CA. Don't stand behind their product – I purchased a Razr and have had a horrible user experience with battery life. When I tried to exchange it 2 weeks after the return period, I was told no for no apparently logical reason. It's just not their policy. Last year, I spent in close to $1,000 in the RVC store. I'll be looking for an alternative.

Not the same as a corporate store – I went into this "store" to purchase the new droid razer. I was told that the phone wa snot in stock so i was willing to settle for the bionic, not in stock either. i asked what phones were in stock and was shown some very cheap phones. bottom line: there was no invnetory in the store and after asking for a droid razer i was told that one was not in stock and could be ordered and get there in the next few days but i would have to prepay for it now and sign the contract and all that. i do n... read more

Horrible customer service – My first bill after i bought a new basic phone showed a $10 email charge. I went in to this store to discuss it and told the staff that i was not notified that in order to have this phone you must purchase email on it. I signed nothing saying that i was informed and accept this additional charge. I talked with the manager to discuss getting this charge off of my bill. Instead, he called me a "liar" and told me "the staff had to of notified me because they are trained to do so". He refused to belie... read more

Super funny staff, very friendly! – was hesitant to go to this location because of other reviews. However it was the closest location to my job and I was tired of my POS phone and was eligible for an upgrade so I went. Every staff member that I dealt with was friendly, with great smiles and senses of humor. I have been to both the Issaquah location (where I usually waited way to long) and the Covington location (where the employee told me his mother had the same phone I had and had no problems with it...so not helpful). I would like a refund.- NO customer service – I would like a refund. Unfortunately there is no customer service, only a box office to take your money, not complaints. A staff member approached me while I was sitting with a friend and asked me to follow him. I got up and followed him not thinking anything was wrong. After we had gotten to a more quiet location I asked what was going on and where we were going. Corporate Store not located here. See Review. – No idea where this address comes from. The Hudson NY Store for Verizon Wireless is at 452 Fairview Ave. This is in front of the new Plaza that includes Walmart, Lowes, Kohls and TJ Max. Corporate store, great service and no wait times!!
