Dear Verizon, Thank you for giving me 3 months of misery. Thank you for telling me that $355 charged to my account was your fault and you would credit my account (NOT)! Thank you Verizon for basically calling me a liar today and making feel like I was playing a scam on you. Thank you Verizon for going back on your word because instead of dealing with one associate I had to deal with 7 of you and one Supervisor, so basically I am still being charged the $355. Thank you Verizon for telling me my business did not matter to you!
