RecommendedI dropped my phone yesterday . I had the plexiglass guard on . I ran up to my local Verizon and purchased a new shield . I was the first customer in line . The lady was amazing and helped me re apply the new shield . My hands aren’t very steady when I’m nervous . She talked me through reapplying a very expensive plexiglass . I wish I had gotten her name . We have been Verizon customers for 17 years . Please give her a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Star rating for customer service ‘

Act like customers are stupid. All they care about is money. I'm a customer of over 15 years and they can't do anything to help when phone is list. We have only a few months before upgrade is available. I have insurance but it is $200 to get a refurbished phone. What since does it make to have insurance when you still pay as much as you will for a new in a few months. But it's nothing they could help us with Henderson.
Verizon has the best customer service! Every time I have a question, I leave knowing way more than I anticipated! Could not ask for a better experience! 5 stars, hands down!
