Y’all need more help! Waiting hours before even getting helped is rediculous, then hours while being helped because everything takes so long!
Can't get through to them on phones, never tell you prices of products, sell you stuff you don't realize the cost and what it really does and restocking fees are a joke! You wait in line and they can't even return simple products. They tell you they submit it for support and never text back to tell you it's been taken care of
they refuse to answer there phone, worst customer service ever!!!!!!
This store is a joke, wait forever for service, they lie to your face or don't know what they're talking about.. they treated us like crap and lied about accessories and our bill, Tried returning a couple accessories (never opened) they forced on us and they wouldn't take it and tried telling us that the accessories were needed to get that price on the phone like a package deal which full price was paid anyways... pretty sad they have more 1star reviews than any other number. My tablet had an issue - it was not as simple as first believed. The techs put their heads together and figured it out. Problem solved in no time at all !! All done with smiles and efficiency!! 5 stars for them !!
