You can start with a better warranty for your 10+ year valued customers. What's a one year warranty on a product if it malfunctions by a manufacture defect in less then six months and you replace it with a so called replacement...aka refurbished Apple certified phone, as your Verizon associate calls it. at what point during my 1 year warranty do I get a full brand new !! replacement phone or is it just a refurbished phone? Recently lost a $50 Verizonwireless prepay card. I have the receipt with the sixteen digit card number at the very top of the receipt. Guess what? Walmart said I had to deal with Verizon, Verizon said I had to deal with the company that makes the cards for them, and that company told me it was Verizon I had to talk to.
