Would give zero stars. Internet box just stopped working. Will not power on. Spent 45 min on phone troubleshooting. Told rep I need new box, I work from home. I said I would go to Verizon store to pick up. She then prematurely ordered to have box shipped in 3 business days. Went to store today and allegedly nothing they can do since phone rep shipped.
