My sales representative was Kenedi Mohammad, of the wireless zone in Lockport ny, she was very prompt, very quick, explained everything to me. Kenedi was very pleasant, very respectful, and if I had my choice of any staff member to help me out again I absolutely want Kenedi Mohammad to be the representative to help me out again. Thank you so very much Kenedi for helping me out.!

Excellent service from Ashley; knowledgeable and personable with a knack for a chat while keeping business on the front burner. I was loathe to switch from my (very) old phone to the new one and the online guides were not germane. There is a charge for setting up a new phone (maybe it's just if the phone isn't purchased at the location - I don't know) and it was worth every cent. I was more than pleased with the attention to detail and pleasant service.
