Crossfit Verity is great!! Stopped in on my visit home and instantly knew I had found my temporary home gym! The people are great and welcoming, the coaching has been awesome, the gym space is large, well equipped, and clean. If you are a local or just needing a few good workouts while in Loudoun County this is the place! Thanks for everything so far!!
Great Box for a drop in if your from out of town. They do a great job of guests feeling welcome by starting the class with a icebreak question. Drop in hack if you buy a shirt they will give you a free drop in class! The gym was spotless clean, well laid out and with plenty of room. Got to do 2 classes one with the owner Monroe and the other one with Kaleb. Both coach’s do a great job of breaking down movements as well as helping you improve with tips. Been working out here for 7 years great certified coaches that focus and speed strength and staying healthy. Great non toxic environment very well maintained equipment and clean gym. Highly recommend.

Can’t recommend enough! Monroe and the trainers were top notch when I trained here, and the environment was very supportive and conducive to healthy progress in both nutrition and exercise!
