Crossfit Verity is great!! Stopped in on my visit home and instantly knew I had found my temporary home gym! The people are great and welcoming, the coaching has been awesome, the gym space is large, well equipped, and clean. If you are a local or just needing a few good workouts while in Loudoun County this is the place! Thanks for everything so far!!
Great Box for a drop in if your from out of town. They do a great job of guests feeling welcome by starting the class with a icebreak question. Drop in hack if you buy a shirt they will give you a free drop in class! The gym was spotless clean, well laid out and with plenty of room. Got to do 2 classes one with the owner Monroe and the other one with Kaleb. Both coach’s do a great job of breaking down movements as well as helping you improve with tips.
