Here to serve Sterling, Ashburn, and the surrounding areas to help people build unstoppable confidence in their lives. Easily the best CrossFit gym in the Northern VA/DC area. Committed coaches, fun but competitive atmosphere. You’re joining a community here, not just a gym. I intend to continue my membership here as long as I’m in the DMV.
I've been training at CrossFit Verity for the past 9 months and it’s been life-changing. I’ve lost 35 pounds, gotten stronger, and hit new PRs I never thought I could reach. Intense, Energetic, Fun, and Efficient training. I had my free session with coach Morgan, and learned some cool workouts and movements I look forward to doing again. The equipment is all top class, and there is a sense of community of everyone workout out at the same time trying to be a better version of themselves. I totally recommend it, but just a warning: it's not easy, but that's the best part. 10/10
I am so glad I joined Verity. The coaching is phenomenal. They are truly there to help their members achieve their goals. Most coaches will say just scale like this or scale like that, but not Morgan and Monroe. They take the time to coach one on one to teach you any skill or technique and they are such great teachers.
