Easily the best CrossFit gym in the Northern VA/DC area. Committed coaches, fun but competitive atmosphere. You’re joining a community here, not just a gym. I intend to continue my membership here as long as I’m in the DMV.
I've been training at CrossFit Verity for the past 9 months and it’s been life-changing. I’ve lost 35 pounds, gotten stronger, and hit new PRs I never thought I could reach. Intense, Energetic, Fun, and Efficient training. I had my free session with coach Morgan, and learned some cool workouts and movements I look forward to doing again. The equipment is all top class, and there is a sense of community of everyone workout out at the same time trying to be a better version of themselves. I totally recommend it, but just a warning: it's not easy, but that's the best part. 10/10
