Verity Speed & Strength is one of the oldest CrossFit affiliates in Loudoun County. Here to serve Sterling, Ashburn, and the surrounding areas to help people build unstoppable confidence in their lives. We do this with group CrossFit classes, personal training, and nutrition coaching. We are truly a unique community with people from all walks of life. Did a drop-in. Coach Nick was very good. He paid attention to all and was super helpful with everyone’s needs. The gym is well equipped & clean. The regular members were very friendly and welcoming to me.
If you are looking for a workout in a clean/organized & spacious place, then I highly recommend CorssFit Verity. The Owner’s kind & has great communication about schedule, pricing, hours of operation, upcoming community events, & more. Thanks for the welcoming environment CrossFit Verity.
Such a nice gym, super clean, Rogue everything, great big space, WODs kicked my butt, warm up and coaching was spot on. Great gym!
Dropped in twice to Verity last week while in DC on business. Great coach, nice gym, good schedule, normal drop in price. I recommend Verity and will drop in again next time in DC
