Tried to apply for apartments 2 months in advance and had to wait around trying to get ahold of someone to help after multiple emails and phone calls...once I got a response I still wasn’t given the information needed to complete an application. Bad response and not very helpful. Rent seems cheap but so does their customer service, I hope it’s not that way for maintenance as well.
Great front office. Overall a nice place to live.
Verity took over management of the apartment complex that I was living in. For a year and a half, I endured constant harassment, threats of eviction, constant "inspections" and lies. Eviction was threatened over violations that didn't exist or was not written in the lease agreement. I had to threaten litigation several times. I moved in a week ago. The management property was really nice. Alex called me to let me know where the application was in the process and called to explain everything. When she made a mistake she made a point to bring it up and try to make things right. I'm still waiting for the blinds to be fixed but i moved in the same day as two other people did in the apartment so blinds may not be a big deal.
