I've lived here for over a year and love this company. They've taken care of my issues when adressed and care about the community here at juniper courts!!
The absolute worst rental company in Idaho!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! My story is long so I will try to keep it short, they did inspections constantly and tried to say there was lease violations for things that made no sense or didn’t exist. The home had mold, they wouldn’t come fix it and played dumb when I told them it hasn’t been fixed just looked at, it was black mold and I have confirmation of this! Verity is collecting a nice paycheck and doing the absolute bare minimum for the community of CHW. Certainly not enough to justify another increase in the annual HOA dues as this is now the 2nd time in 2 years. The common areas were horribly unkept during the summer months with overgrown weeds and dead grass along with broken sprinklers running for days at a time. Raychel has been the best property manager I have had, any routine maintenance issues that may happen are always fixed very promptly. She’s amazing with communicating when inspections will be or other types of maintenance that is done on the outside of the apartments. Would recommend her to anyone looking to rent!
This is an income based housing but expects you to make 3 times the income of the rent. How do they expect a person with one income who has one job that pays a little above minimum wage to have that amount of income to be able to rent one of their units.
