Absolutely an awful company. I had one good property manager by the name of Chris but, aside from him, everyone working at this establishment is extremely unprofessional, rude, and aloof. They take days to respond to an email, they made me jump through a ridiculous amount of loops to break the lease early, it's almost like they intentionally delay it so you have no time to do anything. This organization is sleazy, underhanded, and moneygrabbing. DO. NOT. GO. THROUGH. THEM.
We have called this company everyday they are open during their business hours and we left messages everytime. We didn't ever get a response, so we blindly applied for the apartment. We still didn't get a response until we called the other office and one of the people there texted the person at the office we had originally called. Only through the second office have we gotten any communication at all but it's been seven business days and our application status is still unknown. Skip this one, it's not worth the stress.
Old building which in itself isn't a bad thing but when you consider it's heated by old base board heaters it gets extremely costly in the winter months. Property is poorly ran and failed to follow through on lease renewal sign on bonuses several times. Not adequate parking and you'll have to park down the road from the complex often when getting home late.
