He didnt get our garage size right. Gave us 3400 for our Mother in law home and 2 car and we are a 3. Compared us to properties 40 miles away and 3 were from 2019. NOT TODAY SALES. IF you Bank say his name refuse.
Poor quality appraisal for the price he charges. Took several hours on the first appraisal on a medium sized house, measuring one space in the garage (yes, the garage!) for almost 20 minutes. He called back that he messed up something from his first visit and had to come back a second time for almost an hour. I've never dealt with an appraiser who needs a repeat visit for an hour because he wasn't competent enough to get what he needed the first time.
