We did a small amount of work for Verity last year. Working with the project managers and office staff was just fine and a pleasure. However, they will not pay you when you are finished. We were 6-8 months behind on some projects. Why should you care? Because a contractor may place a mechanics lien on your new dream home after you buy it. This can put you in a massive financial mess. Noah is awesome. We were looking to build a house, but we're skeptical about getting what we want for a reasonable price. Noah with the help of our realtor chris worked to get us a floor plan that my wife and I both love and got the extras we didn't know we needed but wouldn't go without. All well within budget and exactly what we wanted. 11 out of 10 for how helpful they were and explaining things for first time home buyers/builders. Verity took over responsibility for the Kreative Homes customers. Not sure what happened to Kreative Homes as we were told multiple times they are "not allowed to talk about it" but Verity was supposed to take over the warranty work for the home we purchased through Kreative. However, every time I am able to reach them about our list of issues that were promised to be addressed, I am told that they don't know what was all documented with Kreative Homes, but that they can address the issues.
