From the moment we met Noah, he has been wonderful. I am recently in the middle of building a home. Verity has made it easy and affordable for me to be able to do this. They have supported me every step of the way and made sure to stay realistic as well. Although, times can be tough, I always feel as if they have our back. They also stay in frequent contact with me as well as my house is in process. I enjoy them very much and am happy to recommend anyone who is trying to build a house.
We were able to get into a brand new build and get most everything we wanted in a home for a reasonable price. We shopped the market for a while and everything in our budget still needed a ton of work. This was the option that made the most sense. We walked thru every step of the process to assure everything went smooth at closing. Warranty items have been handled in a timely manner.
