Owner of property management company, Gold Star; I wouldn’t suggest doing business with either. We did a small amount of work for Verity last year. Working with the project managers and office staff was just fine and a pleasure. However, they will not pay you when you are finished. We were 6-8 months behind on some projects. Why should you care? Because a contractor may place a mechanics lien on your new dream home after you buy it. This can put you in a massive financial mess. Between fighting Verity to pay the contractor and then having the contractor remove the lien after it is placed you can be a real mess. Verity ... read more
Noah is awesome. We were looking to build a house, but we're skeptical about getting what we want for a reasonable price. Noah with the help of our realtor chris worked to get us a floor plan that my wife and I both love and got the extras we didn't know we needed but wouldn't go without. All well within budget and exactly what we wanted. 11 out of 10 for how helpful they were and explaining things for first time home buyers/builders.
