Noah is awesome. We were looking to build a house, but we're skeptical about getting what we want for a reasonable price. Noah with the help of our realtor chris worked to get us a floor plan that my wife and I both love and got the extras we didn't know we needed but wouldn't go without. Verity took over responsibility for the Kreative Homes customers. Not sure what happened to Kreative Homes as we were told multiple times they are "not allowed to talk about it" but Verity was supposed to take over the warranty work for the home we purchased through Kreative. However, every time I am able to reach them about our list of issues that were promised to be addressed, I am told that they don't know what was all documented with Kreative Homes, but that they can address the issues. Definitely a group you should look into with your next homebuilding experience! Amazing staff and quality work!
Our home is about 2 1/2 years old. The home itself is holding up fine but the concrete work is not. Garage floor is heaving at the relief cuts. Driveway and sidewalks cracking and heaving something terrible. This is what happens when you think you can just use reinforced concrete and not put rebar in. I just hope I don't have flooring issues down the road since my home is slab on grade
