Undervalued our home not once, but twice. We provided better comps and his actual comment on one of them was, "This home was built for a specific person." Aren't all houses built for people? He also requested an additional $150 because...why? He's live and works in Traverse City.
We had Steve appraise our home and when we didn’t hear from him after he said it would only take 1 maybe 2 weeks we tried to get ahold of him with no success.So finally after many messages I told him I was going to cancel my credit card payment then he finally replied to my texts. He said he emailed our appraisal a week ago which we checked our email and he did not.He made mistakes on our appraisal with the footage and how many bathrooms we have a and a few other things.horrible person to work with not reliable or knowable I... read more
Professional, accurate, and done in a timely fashion. I felt my appraisal was treated with importance throughout the whole process.
Worst company to deal with. Two weeks with no answer. Won’t answer my lenders phone calls. Finally submitted the appraisal only to have errors and the bank declined it. Steve is very unprofessional Strongly do not recommend this company. 13 attempted phone calls all hours of the day multiple days sends you to voicemail.
