An absolute joke of a law firm. I unfortunately decided to go with them and they have been a complete nightmare to work with on every level, and every interaction. The receptionist Julie B. is the most unprofessional person I have ever come across, especially for working in a law firm. Constant last minute delays and excuses. Law Society of Ontario gave referral to this firm, and I reach out by email and phone. I realized they are not checking their email address which showing in their website contact page. I left a voice message, and finally they called back after 2-3 attempts. I spoke with the lady she ask some questions and gave roughly cost amount around 5-7K and I said okay let's discuss details and you can provide retainer. I am expecting retainer, but they forget.
