I had a great experience here for an ear piercing infection where the jewelry had become embedded in. The staff was friendly, attentive, and demonstrated excellent practices to safely remove the jewelry. They provided a clear treatment plan, and their professionalism made me feel at ease. Thanks to their care, I’m already feeling much better. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic for anyone needing prompt and compassionate service!
First time seeing Dr. Clark. He came in the exam room introduced himself. He was not that close to me and never looked in my eye. He said I had conjunctivitis said he’d call in drops . He left the room was there under a minute. He never asked if I had questions or said if it was contagious. Was that considered a doctor’s appointment?
