Working with Veritas was such a stress-reliever. They took the hard work out of submitting a claim. They were eager to help, very responsive and the kindest folks I've ever dealt with in Healthcare or insurance. Highly recommend!
It was a very positive experience using Veritas surgery. They had excellent communication and responded quickly with any questions even on weekends. They checked in throughout the process to make sure I had everything I needed. They followed up after surgery to make sure I was doing ok. And they even provided my wife and I with a very good meal after surgery.
I had a total knee replacement and from the very beginning of meeting the medical team to 3 months post op, it has been a seamless process. If you are self pay or have a medical sharing plan, I would not hesitate to use Veritas.
The Veritas staff from beginning to end were exceptional. Going above and beyond every step of the way from scheduling to follow up after surgery. I recommend the Veritas staff every time someone mentions the need for surgery.
