I just received ACL reconstructive surgery with Veritas and was thoroughly impressed by the pricing and attention to detail from the administrative team. I was scheduled about three weeks ago and given a single, upfront price for the entire procedure. Lydia and Jenn were so helpful in communicating what to expect. Never have I experienced the help, care, and concern that I received from the crew at Veritas, before, during, and after my surgery. I couldn't encourage a person more ardently, to take advantage of their care.
Cannot stop singing the praises of the entire team at Veritas. From the friendly, thorough, helpful and skilled work at the receptionist desk (Kayla, you are awesome!) to the support staff in client care all the way up to Dr. Abraham for his skill, care, and knowledge. This will always be my first stop for any surgeries and support needed. Moscow is blessed to have this team.
Working with Veritas was such a stress-reliever. They took the hard work out of submitting a claim. They were eager to help, very responsive and the kindest folks I've ever dealt with in Healthcare or insurance. Highly recommend!
It was a very positive experience using Veritas surgery. They had excellent communication and responded quickly with any questions even on weekends. They checked in throughout the process to make sure I had everything I needed. They followed up after surgery to make sure I was doing ok. And they even provided my wife and I with a very good meal after surgery.
