Excellent customer service and professionalism from Clay this morning. Really appreciate the open honest inspection of my roof.
Met with Clay on Saturday morning. Neighborhood was hit with a recent hailstorm. Most roofs are damaged as it was quarter to golf ball sized hail. Clay went up and surveyed the roof and even sent pictures of the roof. I had some cosmetic damage. Clay advised that the roof was in good shape and would not recommend submitting a claim. I appreciate honesty in business and that's what Veritas stands for. I will call them should a future storm come through...and it will in time.
