Yeah they’re great, but only when it benefits them. I canceled my policy over a month ago and was told my money would be refunded in 2 weeks, it’s been 40+ days and no check. I needed that money for Christmas, I sent an email and the reply was an automated email saying I’ll get back with you after Christmas... well merry Christmas... they’re great until it doesn’t benefit them anymore, then you’re apparently on your own ...
