DO NOT use this property management company at all. They are insulting and unprofessional. They treat unit owners rudely and disrespectfully with racially discriminated undertones. Helen M., the receptionist, was very rude and even hung up the phone during our conversation when I inquired about information. They withhold move-in deposits and charge erroneous fees to prevent certain people from living in the building. Sandy Adelsburg can be very unpleasant.
Have lived in a property managed by Veritas for over 3 years now, working with them has been horrendous. They make trying to get anything done a nightmare and tries to block shareholders from doing anything to their apartments. Will repeatedly police you for breaking minor rules, will request extensive documentation from you only to reject it on semantic or formatting grounds, wasting hours of your time.
