The shareholders in our building are using this company to manage our property and it has been the worst experience of our lives. They are a complete nightmare. Hostile, rude and love to ignore and ignore and ignore you for life. I would chose ANY OTHER management company over them. They are always doing "Home office", never reply to your calls, never talk to you like a human. The receptionist is the rudest person I've ever spoken to in my life.
