The concept is good; the implementation is not, in my experience. I learned a lot and I am living more healthily. I'm grateful for what I've learned but it came at a very, very steep price. I paid $85/month and other than the two times (after the initial appointment) that I met with my practitioner, I really didn't get much. Access to the Web site and ability to attend two open meetings per month (unless they were cancelled) was about it. That's not much for $85/month.
