Stay away from this company!!!!! They did not help us and we ended up having legal trouble and had to get a lawyer to get us out of the mess they put us in! We lost lots of money paying veritas and never got any of it back!
Sean Thompson was exceptional! Customer Service, communication, and punctuality were excellent! I had something come up and with my last-minute request, he was still able to get the ball going, communicating with me and ensuring it was being handled and resolved! It was resolved! His ability to effectively communicate with empathy says how passionate he is about his job and doing it well! He is a true leader in this organization.
