Since we move here 5 yrs ago the property passed to New owners 3 times ,this last time was two years ago and the quality of care of the community and safety declined tremendously, the neighbors below us gather a multitude of people they all leave in a one bedroom ,party day and night , screaming, blasting music, pee outside in front of our entrance and pee in the cars , trashing the entrance,and constantly we need to call Cobb Police/Marietta police department,the officers constantly need to stop by, Mrs.Zepeda is not doing ... read more
I have previously lived in this community and I am moving back to the community for another term. I really appreciate the management and their support, starting from application process to my move-in. Thank you Lesley Perez (leasing consultant) for supporting me throughout the journey. The management have tried their best to maintain the property and cater to residents' requests.
