This is a great company. The owner did an inspection on Friday, put In a new system on Monday and beat another company’s price. They did an excellent job, were very polite and well-mannered. They made sure our little dog did not get out of our gate, too. We are very pleased.
When I called Thayer air with an AC emergency, none other than the owner himself drove over to help us with a quick fix at 8 pm. He fixed our extremely old system, and when we told him we were in the market for a new system, he beat everyone else’s price. Our new system cools our house extremely well and saves us on the electric bill, and Thayer technicians did the job in a day, answering all of our questions very patiently along the way. We couldn’t be happier.
We are new to the area and new to the house. Josh was very punctual and even arrived before the scheduled time! He checked everything out an was very professional. Appreciated his expertise.
Josh was a courteous, helpful representative who explained the issues and helped us with thermostats. He is A+.
