Always sincere and pleasant.
Both doctors at this Trinity location Dr Bermudez and Dr Del Rio are very good. Often the office staff has helped me to get in to see the doctor when I had no appointment. Marta , the referral lady, does the difficult work of dealing with the insurance companies which is not easy due to all the paperwork, My concern is that sometimes the referrals are not done often enough to get the work completed in a timely manner. I was informed she only does the referrals once monthly and that is not enough My physical therapist however... read more
The doctors here are top notch : Dr Bermudez and Dr Elvis Del Rio . But, I’ve had a lot of difficulty with the staff person , Marta , who does the referrals because she has been very rude and unprofessional to me over the phone. I had to file a grievance with my insurance company because of her inappropriate behavior.It took an act of God to obtain the home health company we wanted because she told us they had a contract with a different company.
